Psychedelic Equinox Sundae 22/03/26

Sunday 22nd March, Green Door Store, Brighton

Magic Potion Promotions & The Real Music Club Presents … Psychedelic Equinox Sundae

https://wegottickets.com/event/680723

Magic Potion Promotions and the Real Music Club present another spellbinding day of psychedelic sights and sounds, deep beneath Brighton Station. Featuring live sets from The Bevis Frond, Eliza Skelton, Map71, Minor Dents, Cygnet feat. James D Dick, and The Decadent Dayze. With in-between sounds from Count Zer0. We open at 3pm, and the first act will be on at 3.30pm.

Sean Wallis has pulled together a spectacular line up of local talent and pulled off a real coup in getting The Bevis Frond down to Brighton to headline what will be a great event. What is there to say about THE BEVIS FROND that hasn’t already been said in numerous music magazine articles over the last 40 years ? If you want a decent history of the band, check out the recent documentary ‘Little Eden: The Story of The Bevis Frond’.

Fronted by Nick Saloman, the psych-rock legends have released almost thirty studio albums since 1987’s Miasma, with the next one (Horrorful Heights) due in April. We’ve been wanting them to play at Psych Sundae since it started, and it’s finally happening! This will be the band’s first UK gig of 2026, and they will hopefully be playing a few songs off the new album, along with some classics from their extended back catalogue.

Make sure you grab the few remaining tickets and enjoy a full Sunday of Psyche sounds and lights under the arches of Brighton Station at the Green Door Store! Music finishes at 22:30 and there are regular trains to London and along the south coast until about midnight, despite it being a Sunday. You will be able to pick up a wristband at the venue from 2pm, which means you are free to come and go throughout the day, although we obviously hope you see all the amazing acts we have lined up!
